This was a quick and fun little spring project for the kids. I took the tops off of the eggs and rinsed them out. The kids then drew on faces, filled them with potting soil and planted a generous layer of wheat seeds. The wheat grows very fast and you don't need much (It can be found at most health food stores.). The above picture is only 5 days after planting!
After several days, some of the kids wanted to give their egg-heads hair cuts. Collin gave his a mohawk, naturally. :-)
