I have been enjoying watching these videos lately. They are incredibily silly and a tad bizarre, but the info and recipes are good!
I also recently read this article which might explain my low success rate with cooking dried beans. I am going to order some of these lovely things and give them a try. I am determined to branch out in bean cookery beyond red beans and rice (The Louisiana staple everyone down here grows up knowing how to prepare.). Wish me luck! :-)
