We are busy as bees this week, so I thought I would toss up a quick "corners" post since I think I have only ever done one other.
This is what we affectionately call the "music corner". This chair is so big and comfy that it just begs to be curled up into.
I guess it is pretty obvious why it's the music corner as Chip's favorite guitar hangs on the wall right above the kid's guitar and djembe. The lower cabinet to the left houses the hammered dulcimer, various hand instruments, tuners and a basket of extra guitar strings and picks. An assortment of music books sit on the shelves above, along with our current collection of books for botany.
For a bit of interesting perspective, in the last photo in this post the saw is right where the chair is now. Whew! Makes me tired just to think about it. :-)
